APPLICATIONS PRIUS pumps allow numerous applications, such as in drinking water treatment plants, in the treatment of water deriving from industrial processes, in purification processes, in the food or chemical industries.

MOTORS The various motors available allow for a wide range of flow rates, from a few litres up to 1000 l/h, with a working pressure that can reach, in the AP models, up to 100 bar.

CONTROL The dosing flow rate can be controlled via mechanical stroke adjustment. For more advanced needs, the multifunctional PRIUS MF models are also available, offering the option of programming according to different operating modes. The highest level of performance is guaranteed by integration with the Nimbus remote management system. Using the Modbus (RS485) electronic module, the PRIUS MF can then be combined with other devices and all systems can be controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

MATERIALS The choice between models with PTFE diaphragms and those with ceramic or stainless steel pistons, and the availability of hydraulic parts in various materials and sizes, ensure resistance and safety depending on the type of substance being dispensed: from the most viscous liquids to particularly aggressive chemical agents, from acidic to basic solutions, and even solvents and polymers. For potentially explosive atmospheres, ATEX-certified models are available , for both gases and dust.
